    That was an awesome game to be at, thanks mags! Great, great game. Looks like we were lucky for ya. I met charcoal filter after the game, things sound on the up and up regarding the fundraising for mgb.

    We were in Section 315 Row G Seats 3 & 4. I think we must have been sitting immediately to your right. My wife was right next to you...which scares the crap out of me. ;) If you asked some guy in a Blazer hat if he wanted popcorn, that was me.

    That was you?!? Yes, I offered you and your wife both popcorn! She looked like she was having a great time! That was a fun section to sit in. People were loud! Did you see me ask the couple on your right if they posted in any forums?

    No, I missed that. She was really into the game...really loud and a very shrill voice. My right ear is still ringing.

    Man, how sad is that to be right next to each other and not make a connection? Too funny.

    {The "she" with the shrill voice that I'm referring to above is the lady who sat to my right...not my wife, but my wife did have a blast.}

    That must be why she was so happy. Damn! I thought it was just beating the Lakers.

    We'll have to try to meet up again sometime.

    Off to bed for me. I've got work to do in the AM.

    Go Blazers!

    A couple of the fastbreaks in the first half involving Felton and Aldridge were better than anything I have seen by the Blazers since Clyde and Drexler. I really enjoyed that!

    How can the four worse calls of the game all go against the Blazers? Camby's non goaltend; Matthews' shot tipped by Bynum but actually went in, no basket, no possession; Bynum 7 seconds in the key; and Gasol's push against Batum.

    Wow, Wesley Mathews and Gerald Wallace; they are really something!

    Beat the Lakers despite Kobe really doing some great shooting against terrific defense.

    It's great seeing Crawford making some sweet shots; but I wish instead we had a good steady 2nd string PG, a good distributor who shoots a three and plays good defense. When he and Felton were in they so ignored Batum that the Lakers stopped guarding him.

    He put up relatively decent numbers but it just seemed to me that he was a non-factor. He is being pretty much ignored in favor of Bynum in the Lakers' offense. He really gave the impression he'd rather be the hell out of there. His play has me believing the Lakers HAVE to trade him, and soon.

    Kobe and Bynum brought their "A" games last night and we still beat them by double-digits. Just a terrific win!

    Jason McIntyre.... a must follow on twitter says....

    Portland 107, LA Lakers 96: The Gerald Wallace-LaMarcus Aldridge tandem is nasty (59 points, 15 rebounds), the Blazers only turned the ball over four times, and the Lakers missed all 11 three-point attempts. Too early to get excited about the 5-1 Blazers? The Lakers are winless on the road.
