In a little over a week I am gonna be driving from California to New Hampshire. This is gonna be a long ride, actually a seris of long rides. What's the longest road trip you've ever taken?
I havnt taken huge road trips ever. I go probably 2 times a year to see my grandfather, cousins and aunts and uncles. That's probably a 7 hour road trip. I drove to Montreal once. That took a while. My longest was from where Im at to Boston. That took 2 days of driving really. Usually I just take flights though..That should be really exciting though. I always love road trips. Have fun, man..
I didn't drive but my mom drove us to dallas like a couple months ago from southern california.Best tip is get a laptop and either buy a DVD of TV shows like a whole season on DVD kinda thing or download episodes of some show you like.

From Bosnia to Bosie, Idaho. In 1999, lived in Bosie over 4 months then came to Carlisle, PA with then Bus from Boise and lived in Carlisle, PA for 7 soon 8 years.
I have been on a lot of long road trips. I have been from Dallas to Pennsylvania or New York quite a few times. That's a couple days with how my parents drive. I've also been from Dallas to SoCal. It takes a day just to get across Texas .
The longest we've gone on is either to San Diego which was about 9 hours I believe or too Oregon which was around the same time. I don't remember exactly how long. We can't go on long drives because my dad has a really bad back and it gets really sore easily and my mom could never drive for him when he needs a break because the car is to big for her lol. SAhe's used to driving smaller cars. So bascially we've never gone on an actual long road trip. Bring my iPod and dvd player w/ me on any drive though that is an hour+. I get bored too easily in the car.

Anyways it just me or is it miles and miles of desert then alberquerque then miles and miles of dester. It just seems like some random metropolitcan city in the middle of no where.
From the top of Ireland pretty much to the very bottom, 6 Hours...That is how small Ireland is, It could problay fit into Texas few times

I also remember waking up somewhere in Arizona sweating my butt off... man, that was terrible. Texas is basically a moderate desert with random cities too, so yeah...
I drove to North Carolina from Canada. I believe it was a two day trip, but according to mapquest.com, I think it was like 14 hours?
We ended up driving from Delaware to Michigan for a family reunion, I would say that's the longest drive I've ever been on. Also, a couple of us had a road trip to Florida last summer during the hurricane season but that drive seemed to be quicker then the one to Michigan. Both took 2 days though.
From Colorado to Oklahoma over 30 times over about 12 years because my dads family lives there. It is a 13-14 hour drive. It's horrible though because it is 95% plains so it seems like it takes forever. What wee did was take a mini tv and rent like 4 movies, but now we have a dvd player in the car so we do that mainly.
