Such travesty and humor all rolled up in one story. The asian in me is like "Wha?!?!?! Oh sew de chink I have dat kindof eye!?! I c!" then there is the other in me that's like "OMG, why didn't I think of that?!?!" LOL
Hopefully the Asian in you isn't driving when you are thinking of all this. The Asian in you needs to concentrate as much as possible when driving
Hey, I meant to ask you, should I be looking for you in the crowd this Saturday evening? I'm hosting a Blazer party, so we'll be sure to look out for you.
It will be a tough find I think. We are up high. I think 2nd row of the 3rd level. Christmas, birthdays, not the best time to fork over hundreds on a game I could watch from home
Probably just a Miley Cyrus fan. Miley Cyrus made some chinky eyes Standing behind an Asian guy I don’t know if this should fly As if there wasn’t enough to despise I wasn’t necessarily a fan of Her, her dad, or Hannah Montana I tend to prefer the songs of Rihanna Racism against Asians is simply bananas! Oh Miley! Chinky eyes make you look wily prejudice isn’t thought of so highly it doesn’t make us all smiley Why is there nothing that Asians can do? To make fun of other races as easily as you Why isn’t racism against Asians taboo? Why are we always so racially screwed! All you have to do is pull at your face To make your eyelids resemble our race This kind of joke has no proper place Miley Cyrus is a disgrace! by Margaret Cho
Not saying you're wrong, but where did she say she was offended? She tweeted a snarky remark, along with the photo, and it blew up. It sounds like a classic case of trial by internet for this employee.
Little sarcasms are often provoked. I was wondering, did the employee strangely type this out of the blue for no reason, or were there verbal events preceding it? The employee shouldn't have done this, of course. The customer is always right. Just absorb the slings and arrows you get every hour. But still, we often don't hear both sides of the story.
If you do a Google Image search for "lady chinky eyes" her picture pops up, so I guess Google search is racist too.
Seems like a set-up to me. This happens to an "investigative journalist" who works for a non-profit group?
