    Dorell Wright had been off to a quiet start this season, reverting back to the form that forced the Miami Heat to part ways with the forward last summer and land LeBron James in his place.

    A visit from his former franchise provided the spark the Golden State Warriors have been waiting for.

    Wright scored 20 points and made a season-high six 3-pointers, including a tying shot late in regulation, and the short-handed Warriors rallied from 17 down to spoil Dwyane Wade's return with a 111-106 overtime victory on Tuesday night.

    Wright has a few more games like this and he may vault himself into a very tradeable piece. Kwame Brown has already done that. It's too bad that Biedrins isn't having the same season that Brown is. If so, a Howard trade could've happened pretty easily.

    Dunno about the Howard trade lol but I was constantly thinking to myself last night "how good would the Heat be if they signed Kwame this offseason?". Bosh is criminally under-utilized there and they really just need bigs who are effective without needing the ball.

    Man if DW had any kind of shooting night in any of our previous losses we probably have a much more respectable record right now. Hopefully hes figured it out. Nate looks like a nice pickup too, especially with Steph's uncertain status.

    It was exciting and nice to beat one of the top 2 teams in the league BUT its merely a mirage. The same problems that have been plaguing the Warriors for nearly 20 years were still there:

    1. No defensive rebounding; many times the Warriors lucked out with loose balls going out of bounds or charges. When Heat missed shots late in the 4th, Warriors could not clear glass; Why? Because Jackson went small again, with Lee at the 5, meanwhile Heat had Haslem, James and Bosh towering over the Ws.

    2. Inability to execute offense; 36%; plus turnovers, 9 for Monta;

    3. Stupidity. Tie ball game, 13 secs, coming out of a timeout and you do not even get a shot???? Ridiculous.

    Nate Robinson? Okay, nice 3, nice 24 pts, but he shot 4-12. Its a novelty that will wear off very soon. You are not a contender with a backcourt of Nate and Monta.

    Bright spots? DLee played tough; Dorell finally hit some shots.

    1) I'm not 100% sure about that, the Warriors go a lot of wide open looks because of the smaller lineup. I don't advocate it all the time, but the Heat were trapping and causing turnovers when they weren't. Also, Kwame's shoulder was shot and Biedrins was out. Lee managed to get to a few loose balls and save some possesions

    2) Agree whole-heartedly

    3) I was screaming at the screen...Monta looks like the high volume shooter he once was again, the one I hated.

    Bright spots: Yup. Add Robinson's energy off the bench. I hate him, but it was refreshing seeing a spark there again. He'll make some bonehead moves and it will drive us all crazy, but without him, this would've been a 30 point blowout last night.
