    10 rebounds (4 offensive)
    50% shooting

That's a pretty decent outing, huh? Rudy is going to be a hell of a player, and Houston is going to be crying down the road because of this trade. I applaud Jerry West.

There ya go guys. This kid is going to be a beast from the get go. He is a do-everything player with the most potential in this years class imo. He is also freakishly athletic and he can probably get by mostly anyone. He could be a dark horse for ROY imo.

He sucked at UCONN?WTF. He was only a sophomore and he put up numbers like 15.2 ppg, 6.4 rpg, 2.1 apg, 1.6 bpg on 46% shootingThat is very god for a sophomore. That isnt sucking. That was a rediculous post.

What's the difference between Bargnani putting up a good game and Rudy Gay putting up a good game? I find it ridiculous if your going to downgrade someone else's performance in summer league and rave about someone else. I mean Pavel Podkolzin put up 20 and 10, but I'm not raving about him or Gay/Bargnani. It's just summer league.

He had some of the best all around numbers in the country. What do you expect from a sophomore? It was rediculous of you to say that he "sucked".And celticballa, your right. I have made some stupid posts in the past few days. Im a little rusty. Give me a break though, dude...

not judging by this game, Gay has alot of potential. He has a prototypical nba body. He is athletic. He can shoot, he can handle, he can play defense. There's no question in my mind he will have success in the nba. I'm not guaranteeing any all-star games, just that he'll atleast be a very good player.

You've made the same idiotic posts as me, so dont try to make me look bad.First you said that the Raptors have a bad offense, now this. And you also said that Andrew Bynum will get 9-10 ppg and 6-7 rpg. Yeah right..He was only a sophomore dude. Name me players that have better all around numbers then him. He was the #8 pick, not the 1st pick as well..

Who knew a topic with the word Gay would bring so much drama.

But at the same time, he BCB made it on the General NBA forum and called him the "real deal" already. I made it on the Grizzlies forum. If they had a summer league thread I would have posted it there.

He did not suck at UConn. He was inconsistant at UConn. He also could have averaged 25 a game there, but he has other stars on the team like Marcus Williams, Rudy Gay, Josh Boone, Hilton Armstrong, Rashad Anderson, Dehnam Brown, Charlie V one year. When this guy was feeling it there was no stopping him. For me, I thought he should have stayed another year there, even coach Calhoun said it. He needed to work on his intensity and consistancy. With another year under Calhoun he would have been an amazing prospect. Anyways, Rudy will have a good rookie season, but he won't be ROY, I am going with Marcus Williams too be ROY.

You are going with Marcus Williams.. Jason Kidd's backup.. over Brandon Roy, Adam Morrison, Randy Foye, etc.? Wow.

He wasn't the #1 pick though. He was #8. Are you referring to when mock drafts had him going #1? Please.. I have seen Bargnani, Aldridge, Morrison, Gay, and Roy as #1 on mocks.
