I'm saying though. Can any other NBA player compare to what Diembe has done for his homeland? If you think about it, it's pretty damn amazing what he's done and is still doing.

I mean not only was he an awesome player and one of the best shot blockers to date, but he is a great person and does anything and everything he can for his country.

Antawn Jamison is a great locker room guy for the Wizards, he also won some Magic Johnson award that has to do with being patient with the media, lol. A lot of players in the NBA are class acts, believe or not. (Players like Darius Miles have people not believe that statement)[IMG]

Antoine Walker is a great person and does A LOT for the community as well. He has The 8 Foundation, he holds camps for kids all the time, he's very charismatic, does charity events all the time, etc. He just never stops.

Chris Duhon has done a lot for Hurricane Katrina. He's payed a lot of time and money for the relief fund, and won't stop until New Orleans is back to where it was before the Hurricanes hit. Although that may be never, he will keep up his effort. But, PJ Brown is up there. Most players give to charity anyway.

Anyone can do that sort of think. That doesnt mean their nice. And Charlie V won the NBA Cares award (or whatever it's called) for February. He is setting up his own foundation for kids with the same hair loss disease that he has. Also before every game he brings kids in with the disease, talks to them, and then buys them tickets to see the game. He is a class act. He's already done alot of this stuff, and he's only in his rookie year.

Duhon and Mutombo don't just give money, they do work too. They spend time making houses and whatnot. Still, 400,000 is a ton anyway.
