doing a lil work from home but no show today means no work technically disney on ice all week starting wednesday though! woot!
No. I also don't get off anything celebrating Thomas Edison, Orville or Wilber Wright, Jonas Salk, John Marshall, Benjamin Franklin, Albert Einstein, Daniel Webster, FDR, Susan B Anthony, Walt Disney, or Thomas Jefferson. I guess my boss is a cracka azz cracka for that as well?
Ironic that someone trumpeting MLK would think anyone is any less important than another. All great American's
Yeah, MLK would tell his wife, "I'll be home justice soon as I'm finished here (with what's-her-name)."
not a holiday for me ... but then again we are on the air 365 days a year. i'm a little surprised at some people that did get it off though, thought it was only govt. workers, banks and schools that were closed.
That was well-played. As for my boss.... He's no cracka azz cracka, but I did work today. But my job has a lot of flexibility and I make my own hours, so I could have taken the day off if I wanted. It's nice to work on a quiet day when so many others are off - I can catch up on some of the things I needed to get to without the phone blowing up.
