I'm not feelin the background at all and text..well,out of those 2 sigs I choose V2 because the orange effect on the sides are gone.I can see you chose a different text this time but it wasnt that great of a choice.My advice is don't make the text orange or a bright color.Make is more of a simple color like white or black etc.

try some different designs, cuz a lot of yours look kind of similiar. try some different colors with your text also

 

it may be your best, but it's still not good. no offense.
