    Dorial Green-Beckham.

Anyways, haha Stomp. Now that would be crazy. My guess is we might be in the mix again for Shaq or somebody else entirely, but in actuality I don't have a clue.

    Can't wait till NSD.

Arik wants to play hoops as I've suggested before and the Ducks need help! Without Ellis and maybe Shaq it makes little sense to continue on the Cal path, USC I think shot themselves in the foot and ND I don't think he'll be considered a hoops guy there. That's good for us! At this point though watching Ellis pick UCLA, I'm lost as to what these kids will do next!

    Either way we'll be fine!

On a side note USC recievers have been considered the best tandem in the history of USC football! Can't wait to beat these guys next year!

Dorial Green-Beckham. Totally badass WR who will (IMO) end up at Texas or maybe Missouri (?). No way he comes to Eugene. :)

Welcome aboard MJA and looking forward to your contribution. If you like the Blazers there is also a great Blazer forum here. Rep for your first post.

MJA- Why we're not going after this kid as a sf or corner is beyond me! Soft hands and speed 6'0 sounds good to me!

    Thanks Da_O!

Nothing but respect for the Blazers (sorry about Roy), but I grew up in Los Angeles and I'm sure you know what that means... But I am an Oregon grad and a Duck for life! And I have to say, this is the best site for Oregon recruiting news that I have been able to locate.

Also, a thought on past posts: I actually think Shaq Thompson originally had every intention of committing to Cal. I'm convinced he feigned a de-commit to try to pull more recruits to Cal. Of course that blew up when Lupoi bolted for UW. But I strongly suspect (a general impression from all my readings on the net) Shaq was the lynchpin, especially when you look at all the networking he did online.

Hopefully we benefit from these guys wanting to play together. My thought is this may actually be a package deal...

    Just my thought,

    Ghost Pepper,

I'd be interested to hear what the knock on this kid is. Anyone know? He just has that extra gear. And he looks tough to tackle. This kid is a baller... I suspect we won't offer, but to me if you like character guys a 3.4 gpa hard worker who runs a 4.38 40 is a good place to start.

Also I'm saddened by Mickens not coming. I thought he could be deadly in this offense. Oh well I guess I will settle on a WR corps of Huff, Vaughn, Kelley, Blackmon, Sumler, Stanford, Dungy, Lowe, and hopefully Thomas Johnson.

There were rumors that his grades weren't going to be good enough, but I don't know how true that was. His Oklahoma State visit must've been better than expected.

Holy crap look at that list of WRs. And that didn't even include our leading receiver! I think our offense will be a lot more balanced and even harder to key in on next year
