<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>The Detroit Pistons have come to terms with free agent scorer Ronald 'Flip' Murray, according to ESPN, with the Pistons landing the explosive scorer at a bargain price. The Pistons originally offered the majority of their mid-level exception to Murray, but Murray hesitated to take it, hoping to get a more lucrative deal elsewhere. He later accepted a two-year, $3.6 million deal, a league source told ESPN.com.</div>Definetly not a bad signing by Detroit. Got him for a pretty good deal at two years and 3.6 mil.
damn joe does it again. He gets a player to come to detroit and fills a hole. Im gald to see we got murray and that should help our bench out a lot.
Great signing by Mr. Dumars. The perfect backup to Rip and Chauncey. He and McDyess will be the offense from our bench. I AM READY FOR SOME NBA BASKETBALL.
Good signing. I think this is what the Pistons needed. A scoring boost off the bench. Flip is someone who can come right in off the bench, and start scoring points. He is just the type of guard they needed imo. Good signing for a pretty cheap price too.
Much better improvement than Mo Evans. Very nice move Joey D. But were still a little weak on the bench. We are out of the Bonzi sweepstakes, it's safe to say that.
This is a great deal, you finally get a very good backup and you got him for almost nothing. Nothing wrong with this deal at all.
Bonzi sweepstakes? LMAO. You honestly think he woul dwant to backup Rip Hamilton and maybe Tayshaun Prince for like 20-25 minutes a game?

He wanted to come to Detroit last year, but he was traded to Sacramento. He is also pretty close with Rasheed. So, yes we were involved in the Bonzi sweepstakes, but I think we were taken out of it after we signed Nazr.

Get a haircut.
Yea - we have too many gaurds - I'm looking for some kind of trade - but yea Flip Murry can be a decent back to Chauncey.
Not a great signing by the Pistons..Murray is just like Hunter and Delk. Another undersized SG. At least you guys got him for cheap.

He doesn't play point, and we were weak with backing up Rip.

He can go on a scoring tear as we all saw when he filled in for Ray Allen in Seattle, he plays solid defense, and, most importantly, he is a team player.
