I've watched Kendall Marshall at UNC for a couple years now and he isn't spectacular on offense, but is maybe the most heady guard I've seen in a long time. Offensively think Mike Conley with better passing and vision. Both lefty's that don't turn the ball over much. To top it off he thrives in transition!

I think he's attainable too, since he's not your prototype uber-athletic guards that teams are coveting in the lottery these days and he's in a loaded draft. This guy makes his teammates better.

From what I have seen of him he reminds me of an Andre Miller or Devin Harris type PG. Not sure he is PGOTF status, but he probably could be had in the mid/back half of the first round. Do we really want to draft another PG in the 1st though? What about Nolan Smith? I wouldn't mind seeing what we have in him first. We can keep Felton for another year and continue to develop Smith.

Here is his Draft xpress profile http://www.draftexpress.com/profile/Kendall-Marshall-5095/
He does have the highest assist per 40 (pace adjusted) for all their prospects. And he has brought his 2 pt. shooting % way up this year, unfortunately his three point is way down and he is not a very good free throw shooter.

He's the best prospect at facilitating the basketball I've seen in a long while. Those same criticisms can be said about Rajon Rondo.

We would need to get up into the lottery to get him. Instead we will make the playoffs and get our asses handed to us in the first round

Why are you awake , again?

They could trade for the pick, but I'm not sure what they would use? A lot of expirings and options that wont be able to be dealt after the deadline
