    Have you ever heard of a 1099 corp and how it's tax rate it is impacted by the self-employment tax (15%), federal tax (~15-33%, depending on income), and state and local taxes (~8% for me last year)? I don't even included my property taxes, because they are tied into my mortgage.

    Probably not...
