He's still got game in him. I want him to be a Blazer NOW.

If Nash comes here, he'll speed up the team. Nate will have to swallow his own whistle.

I'm not gonna lie -- I'd love to see Nash in a Blazer uniform, even if he is just a rental.

Fuck it, i'd do it. Couldn't hurt us too bad unless we had to give up batum... What if we offered Oden?

I agree Mr kingspeed! 100% on board for Nash. Hell I would trade for any PG in the league over Felton I think... even Bobby Brown (the singer)

Yes. We'd have a team with the best shot since 2000. And Nash would probably elevate his game seeing that he had one last shot at a title.

He gives that once every 5 games when he's not on the sidelines nursing aches and pains. This is coming from someone who is a huge Nash fan, too.

I would love to have Nash. I do also believe that (with this shortened season) we could make a run. However, it only makes sense if we swap Felton for Nash and offer one of our youngsters and/or a pick.

If we have to give up Batum or Matthews - then I say no deal. A trade for Nash would ONLY be about this season. Everything gets blown up during the summer no matter what.

Not even Matthews? I would totally be fine with Felton, Matthews and let's say a youngin other than E. Will for Nash. It seems like a lot, but it maybe a blessing in disguise.

More time for E. Will, Batum would surely start at SG and Crawford would share PG/SG duties, like he is now.

Nash is AVERAGING 15/10 on 24 PER.

    Once every 5 games?

Nash, unlike Felton, would improve the performance of our remaining players. We have a lot of players who are easily replaceable. For the right price, I'd take Nash in a heartbeat. Might have to trade Nate, though.

I don't think he makes us a contender and I don't see the point in getting to the playoffs to get bounced in the first round again. I say start the rookies and tank the season.

Last night forces me to want this bad. We have no guard leadership on the road. Nash would be awesome!

I want to see the team retool, and that includes getting a good lottery pick this season. If the Suns would do it, I'd trade Felton, Crawford and Matthews for Nash. (And no, I have no idea how to make the numbers work.) We'd have a good PG who might re-sign, but we'd have to play the youngins' big enough minutes we'd probably still make the lottery, and we would still have a shot at upgrading the team in free agency this summer.

This team is in danger of being the Garnett Minnesota Timberwolves, a bad franchise with one good player who never allowed them to play bad enough to get great draft picks, so it squandered most of that good player's career. That's where we're headed if we try to tank while holding on to Aldridge. And Aldridge is special enough that I just can't see trading him away for picks.

I'd rather see us go after Nash. A lineup of Nash/Batum/Wallace/Aldridge/Camby would just be so much damned fun to watch, even if it were for only a half season.

It would suck to know that it may just be a rental with Nash but I would soak up every second of that fun after the BS we have been through the last few years.

We can't trade Crawford until 3/1 anyway. Felton/Matthews for Nash/Childress works, and makes sense to me. We could slide Batum into Matthews' spot, and have J-Chil as our backup 3 (rather than Babbitt).
