Danny Clyburn Jr., a former major league outfielder with the Baltimore Orioles and Tampa Bay Rays, died in a shooting early Tuesday morning, Lancaster, S.C., police said, according to The Herald of Rock Hill. Clyburn was shot at his home at about 2 a.m. ET Tuesday, Lancaster police said, according to the report. He was 37 years old.
