Rip vs Allen would be a great match up to watch. When we played Boston last time, they were a sun .400 team. Should be a better game. I think the Bulls win.
Remember when Derrick Rose was hobbling around the court against the New Orleans? Man, that was awesome.
Eh, it was a nice effort against a Boston team that brought good energy. Boozer's mistakes down the end were egregious but he was the only reason the Bulls were in the game -- that's the story of Carlos Boozer, I guess. I'm a little worried about Deng, who looks like his hand is bothering him.
Wow. I was just reading the Blog A Bulls game thread. If other Bulls sites are that retarded, I'm happy with a few really smart guys here. http://espn.go.com/blog/chicago/bulls/post?id=7168 That sums up what I saw.
Tough game, but not too worrisome. We played a Celtics team that's decided to stop sucking without our starting backcourt. I'm much more worried about the long term health of our key guys. 3 of our 5 starters look like they're going to have long term health problems for the rest of the season. Luol is practically wearing a cast.
And the other two starters are Joakim Noah and Carlos Boozer. I'm not thrilled about the odds for making it through the post season healthy.
It's ironic that Boozer has been our only healthy key player this year. It actually makes me laugh. I'm rooting for him. But yeah, playing out the rest of the season on one leg looks like a possibility that we're going to have to get used to.
Without Rose, the Celtics have a seriously favorable match up at PG. Last game with Rose, Rondo still had a good game: 14/7/11 on 5-10 shooting. Bulls win by 9 @ Boston. Give the guy another 20 points and you almost have the identical score of this loss. In the first game, our bench went 2-10 for 8 points, 2 rebounds, 1 assist.
