First of all, Thank the Lord for Valentine's Day, so I was out to dinner with my fiancé when we got embarrassed at home. I would flip seeing us play like shit. So here's the skinny. Nate is done. He can no longer coach this team. He rides his vets until they get injured and doesn't give burn to the youth to develop in losing efforts. He can be a decent coach for the Lakers or a team lottery bound. LMA is injured because Nate is pushing him way too hard. He's averaging too many minutes in a season where you are supposed to give key players rest. If we keep this maniac coaching this team; there will be nothing left to watch. We will see this:
I think we can all agree that I hate Nate more than anyone, but LMA is injured because he came down on someone's foot and rolled his ankle.
Aldridge is hurt because he got undercut and landed on a foot of someone and rolled an ankle. Could have happened to anyone. I do agree Nate should probably go but there is no one who will take over and do a decent job. Last night there were more than a hanfull of times where no one was moving on offense and it'd get late in the clock and someone would huck it at the rim that shit needs to change. I do think that Nate needs to play Williams a tad bit more though and try something different but that's asking far too much probably
Sorry I didn't see the game so I don't know how he got injured. Well everything else is true in my statement. I'm just frustrated to all hell
Lin was cut by Adelman and Keith Smart previously, and averaged 10 sloppy, unproductive minutes over 29 games with GSW. He has 5 good games for a shitty team, and will probably be out of the league in another few years.
i think nate has gone as far as he can with this team. Id like to thank him for his years of service and try a new coach out next year. Replacing a coach midway through a season were you can count the number of practices on one hand. we are an okay team with a bleak looking future. change the coach this off season and the next two years see if we can get over the hump and become a contendor or if its time for a complete rebuild. So apparently, Nate went into "Sarge" mode and rode the team extra hard in practices leading up to last night's game. Combined with the shortened season, is it any wonder no one on the team had the energy or stamina to play a lick of defense last night? I know we missed LaMarcus big time, but does that really explain why their shooters lit us up?
