Blazers have an air tight deal with the RG no way they can get out of it. As for this game being a must win, don't really think its a must win. Its to early to count anything out so the most i'd call it is a win that makes it easir on us when we have a tight race for the playoffs in two months.
The amount of people iv heard who are scared we will lose the blazers to seattle in the next few years if they cant get a team is pretty ridiculousness.
context clues! They would fold up after 1 loss and move to Seattle.. Anyways, thank GAWD they won last night. Now the season is saved! That is until the next MUST WIN GAME!!!!!
I only want them in the playoffs if they're playing dominantly, so they've at least got a realistic shot of getting out of the first and maybe doing more. If it's going to be backing in with a whimper or looking like a run-of-the-mill one hit wonder, then I'd frankly rather go into the lottery. It's a little bit like eating food: Give me hot or give me cold, but fuck lukewarm.
Realistically though I don't think they get in. Passing Houston Denver or Memphis is unlikely. Holding off Utah and Sota will be hard enough!
So if the Hawk game was a "must win"...... what now, we won. Does that allows us to lose to the Lakers, or is that one a "must win" as well?
My question is, if we had lost the "must win" last night the rest of the games don't mean anything right?
Gotta win home games since they are awful on road. Hcp do u honestly feel the blazers beat lakers or spurs? #wishfulthinking
Wait, we have one more loss than Houston, Denver and Memphis, yet it's unlikely we pass any of them? Debbie Downer.
Not to mention Hcp these games are meaningless if u think this team isn't making the playoffs but we are half way through and for those of us who haven't given up the blazers MUST start beating teams like hawks at home. Therefore yes they r must wins.
Houston is already up 2-0 on us. So they have tie breaker. Grizz getting zach back soon. Denver is getting gallanari back soon. Not good news for blazers already trailing.
Denver is 0-2 against us, so we have the tiebreaker. Memphis is 0-1 against us. But go ahead, keep focusing on the negative.
First off Carlito..... if you going to address me please capitalize all 3 letters of HCP. Against the Lakers, I say no. For some reason we are a different team on the road. Against San Antonio, I think we win. They will be playing in Salt Lake City the night before and get into PDX very late and will be without Splitter and Manu. We bring it at home, so I say YES we win that game.
Hey Hcp, can you post the opponent's flying schedule from now on? That would be an invaluable service, especially to those who play the predictions game. Thanks, Hcp.
