    Carmelo makes his return against the Nets at home . . . a cupcake game to show that Lin and Carmelo can coexist. Only wrinkle in the plan is NJ comes out and takes it to NY.

    I don't regret not taking Faried. He's only starting because of all their injuries, and they're not doing very well with him. He's another Jerome Williams/Pops Mensah-Bonsu type. I think the real mistake was not drafting Mirotic.

    That's the thing, they're really injured, which is why they're losing. He's producing a 21 PER though. Say what you will, but at the very least, he's a serviceable player.

    You gotta compare him to who we picked instead, 4.79 PER Nolan Smith who's gotten plenty of significant minutes.
