John Wall is a young player with a 17.6 PER on a terrible team with a 35% assist rate. Insane indeed ...

I think they might ask for Felton too. Not sure I'd do that.

You build around players like John Wall. I would literally trade anyone on our roster for him.

Are you kidding?? I'd personally drive those two crap players across country and deliver them on a silver platter. Taking away players that are game killers for Wall is a killer deal for us.

    I don't think I was sarcastic enough.

I thought you were being sarcastic TBH. No, the Wiz are not trading Wall for anything less than LA LOL.

Have you seen that roster? They don't have a John Wall problem, they have problems at about 12 other spots on that team.

It will certainly take a bit of time, but I bet they are in playoff contention next season without injuries.

They do have a nice roster. Some experience and they will be a good team.

Maybe if they win the top three in the draft and get someone to play along side wall. I just don't like him. His shooting is sooooo suspect. I don't like his attitude either. He seems like a "me first" ai type player to me.

Do you hate every point guard that can't shoot or something?

Besides have you looked at their roster? Wall is probably the last guy you'd want to call me first.

7.5 assists a game. His shooting is OJ Simpson, Casey Anthony suspect....only without the stupid ass juries

He has a usage of 24.6 and PER of 17.71 (Not even much higher than Wallace). Among PGs, his PER is middle of the pack. He shoots a terrible 40% from the field; only .8% higher than Felton's career numbers. He has a high amount of turn overs to assists. Nothing about his game impresses me. I think he is so over-hyped and over rated.

P.S. I don't hate PGs that can't shoot. I hate PGs that think they can shoot but in reality they can't

You realize a PER of 17.71 is higher than anyone on our team not named Batum and Aldridge right? How can you even call him selfish with only a 24.6% USG rate? He's 21 years old and playing with a bunch of guys that should be in the D-League. With his talent, give him a proper roster and coach (not Nate), and you have a star.

Only 24.6%? That is 11th in PGs in the league. And his PER is 19th in PGs. That is Crawford status selfish

EDIT: He is 28th in all PGs in the league on Assists ratio and 53rd in the league for assist/TO ratio.

11th out of PGs. 24.6. That is not equaling selfish.

You clearly don't know how to interpret advanced stats. His assist rate is 35% ...

I watched a lot of Washington because I'm a fan of McGee. I've seen this guy dribble like damon and force the team to terrible shots in the closing seconds.

I am no fan of Wall. I think his game is whack. Sorry.
