Sorry MM, maybe I was a bit too touchy, but you do have a way of peeing a little on the non-battle hardened here.
That's because he saw you were on fire in your avatar. See, he was just trying to help you. OK, everyone, break though! Group hug....
There's a bevy of young backup PG's throughout the league that we could go after that would all be upgrades over Felton. Bledsoe, Sessions, George Hill, CJ Watson, Maynor and few others I'm forgetting would all be an upgrade and are probably attainable. Shoot, Ridnour would be an upgrade over Felton.
Would Minnesota do it? http://games.espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=7zj8wy7 We could use Darko's rebounding and blocking ability, and MIN could use a SG
maybe it was intentional, but Maynor's out for the year. Unless I'm just missing the joke that a guy not playing is better than felton. If so, carry on, my apologies.
I realize he's out for the year. Maynor's a solid player when healthy. I'm thinking beyond just this year.
I actually thought the Blazers should take a flier on him when he was a free agent a year ago. He's having a nice year in New Jersey as a backup, and he's flourished somewhat away from the triangle.
gotcha. Didn't know if it was a joke. I can't imagine why OKC would even look to trade him to us, though. And really, what for? They have no bad salaries. Decent depth all around. I mean, do they want Babbit? No. Nolan? why. I'd like him, and I am sure they WOULD part with him, but can't see it working with us.
Meh- I'll say he did okay, but no way did he live up to his previous form. At least from what I could tell. He had some spikes here and there, when he told Roy and McShithead to piss off. But other than that..... nope(chuck testa)
