Trail Blazers fans get the food trifecta: Chalupas for scoring >100, Egg McMuffins for 3-pointers and IHOP for winning. Eat up folks.

We're now 2nd in the West behind the Thunder in total point differential. (not to mention, we beat the Thunder twice).

WE ARE THE BEST TEAM IN THE WEST!!!

Because Phil was "coaching" the games and rested Kobe for the other 3 quarters.

Nah, these beat writers are never fans of the team they cover (rightly so). It's probably just more of a gripe with how this kind of thing damages the NBA's product. Frankly, I agree with the guy. If you paid full face value for a ticket tonight, you did not get to see an NBA basketball game.

Many NBA fans don't seem to realize that these guys are half-assing it all the time anyway. Just look at how much more lax their play is that college athletes.

Do you ever watch an NFL game and get the feeling that the athletes are loafing?/ I rarely ever get that impression. I think the problem is that they play way too many games. 82 games is a carry over from when there was no 24 second clock, and a team would get a lead and pass it around and play keep awya.
