Chicago Blackhawks captain Jonathan Toews, who already was going to miss Thursday's game because of an upper-body injury, was involved in a minor car accident, according to a team spokesman. "Jonathan Toews was in a minor one-car collision in downtown Chicago this morning while driving himself to the United Center," a team spokesman said. "He was not injured." It will be the second consecutive game Toews missed. "He's progressing," coach Joel Quenneville said after the team skate Thursday morning. "I guess we'll say that's where we're at."
