Armon waiving is fine, considering this org once had Viktor Khryapa and Sergei Monia

Remember Armon getting a lot of minutes for the first 2 weeks of the season last year........ all of a sudden...... NOTHING!

Actually, both of them are good players. Khryapa is earning millions as one of the stars of CSKA Moscow, which could beat a couple of NBA teams no problem, and Monia has gotten better to the extent that he's a lock down wing defender and great three point shooter. Both are better than Armon. But I guess they're furrin and have furrin names, so they're good for comic relief.

Honestly, I wish they would waive a couple more guys. Bring in somebody like Mills who will play balls-to-the-wall just to earn an invite to training camp next season. Replace the guys like Babbitt who show no urgency or drive to improve.

So Blazers pick up a big man and drop a 3rd string PG . . . GM's are overrated.

So, at least twice as good as Adam Morrison, then.

Why release Armon instead of Greg?
Sure seems like they've given up on Greg, but I didn't expect them to admit it like this.
