i saw some videos on the guy and he was amazing....he could do everything with the ball. I dont know if he would have been Michael Jordan but he would have been a top 50 player IMO.

He got drafted onto a team that won a championship before he even got there. With Len around, Michael might not have had as many titles.

I just don't know..We never will know..He had the talent to be possibly better than Jordan, I don't know if he would've had the rings, and the clutchness(??lol), to be better than him though..

I don't know, it's hard to beat Pippen and Jordan though, to go along with all of the great role players- Ron Harper, Dennis Rodman (Hard to call him a role player, but on that Bulls Team....), Toni Kukoc, etc.

It's sad because Len Bias would have been a very great.ALso, related to the topic what about Celtic Reggie Lewis? IMO Reggie Lewis would have been one of the better players in the league in the 90's along with Jordan and Hardaway.etc

Too bad he had to take some drugs... I wanted to see how he would play against Jordan. Some say he is even better than MJ.

Jordan is most known for being a champion with his 6 rings. That's not a physical featuree which is basically all you listed.

Jordan became great because he worked hard. He wanted it. It wasn't the talent. Granted, he did have some natural physical skills (big hands for one, like Erving), but it's the will to want it and work hard for it that made him great. Now, I don't know about Bias. He might have worked hard, he might have. Anyway, it's pure speculation. And speculation is, basically, fruitless. Especially if it's been covered already about a hundred times.

Well I haven't seen any of the other times it's been covered so I'm going to drop in my opinion. If Len Bias had decided not to do drugs the Celtics would've defenitely won in 87, and probably a few years after that too. The Pistons had a hard enough time with the Celts as it was. I can't see them beating the 80's Celtics teams with a great young player the calibur of Len Bias. If he didn't die I don't think the Bad Boys would've ever won a title. For those that don't know who he was, just picture a Power Forward version of Michael Jordan. Would he have developed into the player Jordan did? Maybe...maybe not. We'll never know. But, he defenitely would've taken at least one or two of Jordan's title's away. Bias would've taken over the Celtics team while Bird, Parish, and McHale got older. He would've carried the load and they would've become role players. He and Reggie Lewis would've been perfect rivals for Jordan and Pippen. Those series would've been incredible. Anyway, it's fun to think about what could've been...especially if you're a Celtics fan.
