WalMart makes so much money that theft isn't worth prosecuting....you would be suprised at how many stores do nothing to shoplifters but take it back and let you go. In my criminal justice class last semester we did a unit on commercial theft and talked about this.

"Come on down folks! The first theft is free!" lol. I dont believe in stealing so I will still not shoplift. I dont want to get caught anyway..
