Aldridge DOES play a lot of C. Camby is just a beard to make it look like Aldridge isn't our C, but Camby doesn't play that many minutes. Hey, the 90s Knicks started Charles "miss 3 layups in a row" Smith at SF after he'd been starting at C for the Clippers, so why couldn't we start a lineup of Camby/Joel, Aldridge, Josh Smith, Batum and PG? That would be MASSIVE.

IMO it's just a lot smarter to go after a PG. It'd be a relief to actually have a capable PG for the first time since Porter. I also like Williams as the future SG with Batum at SF -- of course, that's if Nic is not moved for a PG.
I think more than anything, we need a PG. Too many years our team has been without one. It was a little different when we had Roy, because Roy would be the playmaker. Now that we don't have him, we need to find a guard that can run our offense, hit the outside jumper and get Aldridge the damn ball!
Both those make sense Price is not our PGOTF by the way. He does not have the tools. It also speaks volumes about someone's confidence in Nolan Smith
I think Portland is on the right track. Give Portland a pick and they will do it. It would be soo nice if we could manage to grab 2-3 picks in this years draft. Maybe use Wallace as well for another contender.
Would be essentially paying 5 million for a first rounder. I'm okay with that .... if that's how it goes down.
As long as Crawford and Felton are gone before the trade deadline, I will be a happy Blazer fan. That experiment screwed us. Addition by subtraction.
A GM with a clue of how to draft would be awesome before we start stockpiling picks. Some of the best draft scouting is done in March.
Chad Buchanan with more than one first round pick... I don't like the sound of that. He could do a lot of damage. And that's not a good thing.
