    I couldn't resist by the thread title. He got fined by the NBA a total of 25k. Would he be the bad boy of the Blazers if we did trade for him earlier in the season?

    Its probably because of Stern's public relations clause, thats hidden in NBA contracts. He doesn't want players too look like Pimps or Players.
