Really? You think we won all those games because of Nate's coaching? In my opinion the players won those games.... Just like they are losing them now.
Have always been a fan of Iggy. He had a shit team for soooo long. It's nice to finally see him start winning again.
The biggest change is Doug Collins. He realized that Iggy is not a scorer. He took the ball out of his hands (for the most part), and let him just play his great all around game instead of just expecting him to score 20 every night. He and the team is flourishing as a result.

A credit to Iguodala for accepting the change, too. Collins somehow convinced Andre that he isn't a superstar, and the team is better for it.
