<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>A popular Slovenian website is reporting that Uros Slokar will join fellow countryman Rasho Nesterovic to play center for the Toronto Raptors . Slokar had three teams interested in his services, the other two are expected to have been Euroleague teams, but Slokar ultimately decided to play in the NBA. Slokar will join the team after the world championships in Japan.</div>I doubt he will get very many minutes, but it is still good. I'm guessing that Loren Woods will be gone because of this signing. The depth charts will probably be Rasho, Pape Sow, and then Uros. It is not a bad move, it is always good to have more bodies in the middle. I'm interested to see how Uros will turn out. You never know about these Euro players. He could turn out to be a great player.Comments?btw, for those that don't know, he was one of our 2nd round draft picks in 2005.

Yeah Pape is a real fan-pleaser. Though he may not put up alot of numbers, Raps fans love his hustle plays.. He does the little things that make a difference
Ya, I always liked Sow, I saw him play in college a couple times. He has some sick power dunks and hustles. He tore up the D League, I hope he recovers.

I love Pape because of his hustle. He goes out there and contests everything on defense, and works his ass off for every rebound. You love to see players that put all their effort on the court. Pape is one of those players.
