Before last night's game between Portland and New York, Knicks' coach Mike D'Antoni resigned. Within hours after the game, Portland coach McMillan was fired. Has that ever happened before in NBA history? I doubt it. Amazing.
The Blazers saw how well it worked for the Knicks to fire the coach and decided to copy the strategy.
