Anybody know what the sale of the team and move to Seattle will do to the value of my Blazers memorabillia?

Any Sonics fans here that experienced this?

Except Allen owns the Rose Garden, which means if he was selling he'd want to package it with the team which means anyone buying the team and arena isn't going to move it. Allen cannot move the team to Seattle because he owns the Seahawks, and NFL rules prevent you from owning two major league franchises within the same market.

The team is worth more here with all of its assets in place. Much easier to sell this team and buy a team and move it back to Seattle, oh hey, what was that team that the NBA owns....

This just in Billionaire brother to the Nets Owner in negotiations to buy Blazers! He wants to make Portland the #1 sex trafficking state in the US using our vast strip clubs as legitimate covers to his smut empire while beating his brother senseless in the NBA finals for years to come! HAHAHA!

Portland, unlike Seattle, supports their NBA team. That's the biggest reason that it won't happen.

As far as the lease with the city goes I know for a fact from the last time PA had the team for sale that the city of Portland was not confident it could win in court and would except a buyout. The price I heard mentioned was $20-30mill.

That said, if PA were to sell the team I doubt it would get moved.
