He was an MVP candidate a few years ago averaging 25 ppg. He is obviously past his prime if he is not doing that now...I never said that he was a bad player or anything but his prime was passed about 2 seasons ago.</div> He's not even 30 years old yet...my lord...His numbers were bloated in Sacramento because he played on a very good passing team where he got open shots. Now he's more of the focus and his percentages are dropping, he's not declining skill wise, we are just seeing the real Predrag Stojakovic, your looking purely at the numbers and not the reason behind them.

Even two years after his MVP type season, when he was still in Sac, the team was the same and he wasnt doing nearly as well. The atmosphere was the same and he was declining.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (theaftermath770 @ Jul 22 2006, 10:22 AM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div><div class='quotemain'>mcydyess was a beast untill his injury and better then bosh but he hasnt got starter mins since he's in for a better season then last year also stephon marbury and steve francis arent past there prim they still produce and shaq gets 8 less shots then he did so had at least 8 points he still be a beast in LA</div>How the hell are you gonna try and make people believe these things you just said? Mcdyess has never been as good as Bosh is right now even before his injury. Also Shaq is obviously out of his prime buddy. The guys numbers are all going down. If he was still in his prime then he would be Miami's main option not Wade. The Heat aren't putting Wade as their first option for no reason. Shaq is clearly declining especially on offense.
chris bosh highs are 22 and 9 mcdyess avereged 21 12 2 blocks shooting 50 % and that year denver went to the playoffs he played less mins then bosh too a and had to other scorers on his team

Not only that but those weren't his actual averages. They were 21 ppg, close to 10.5 rpg, 2 bpg, and 47% shooting which isn't a very good % for a PF. Not to mention that when he averaged those numbers he was 3 years older than Bosh is now. When he was Bosh's age he averaged 18 ppg, 7.5 rpg, 1.5 bpg, and 46% shooting. Nice try but the arguement you just gave was weak.

He is 22 and averaging 22 and 9. Dont make it sound like he will be going downhill from here.
I like bosh but he's not a superstar yet your not a superstar until you get your team to the playoffs atleast once also you never no what could happen zac randolf put chris bosh numbers up and now he's went down hill anything can happen even no i hope bosh forces a trade and becomes a hall of famer else where
Wow, I guess Lebron wasnt a superstar in 04-05 when he averaged 27, 7 and 7 then Your a dumbass. Chris Bosh is not Zach Randolph, and he may not be a superstar yet but he is an all star in this league. Zach Randolph doesnt have the all around offensive skills as Chris, and also he has a poor work ethic. Stop comparing Chris Bosh to all these PF's that failed. It's not fair. Chris Bosh puts up great numbers at the age of 22, why should he be criticized. He now has a good supporting around him, and a good GM making moves upstairs. No where but up baby!

He's great and all and probably will become a superstar but when you're talking about superstars, Kobe Bryant, Kevin Garnett, Tim Duncan, LeBron, Wade, McGrady and Nash come to mind. He doesn't have the level of a "superstar" when it comes to post moves.BCB, Vince Carter is at the peak of his prime. He will not be as good as he was earlier after 2 seasons.

Every player has a few injuries...Peja's game is based off his shooting and size advantage...his game is not based on speed/athletic ability...etc...so being 29...it's hard for me to believe he's past his prime.
