    This is really February....

    Just like how the nice sunny weather doesn't really start until July (really June) and extends through September (really August)...
    It is like the weather cycle has shifted a month back....If you look at it in those terms it really makes sense...

    That's not true for the Portland area. July is considerably a better summer month than June. And September is one of the most predictably sunny months of the year.

    "Except in the Pacific Northwest", where it will rain eeeevery single day, turning people's back yards into mud, which their dogs will stomp through, which must be tediously cleaned off every morning, after noon, and evening from 8 dirty doggy feet.
