People out here are more out to have a good time (in Chicago). In LA, its all about an agenda. I fear NYC is the same way as LA. Driven by money, fame and scandal.

Even when I went to SF, I found everyone much more tolerable and real versus vapid and fake.

but fuck, hard to give up the weather and the ocean.

 

Can't find that shoe thread we used to have....But, here's the shoes I wear with jeans:



Casual and comfy.

 

I wear prada sneakers. love them, so fucking expensive (I got them half off though) but I can wear them semi-dressy (w/ dark jeans) and not have to deal with dress codes and shit. but fuck, when I have to replace them, it'll cost me $420...I've had them for 3.5 years worn them everywhere and daily in the phillipines, mexico, vegas, the beach, etc. really good quality shit. I'm not paying retail for them, fuck that. They hardly ever go on sale though. But honestly, they are the best shoes I've had. mine are all black though.




otherwise I wear these, which are great. I like shoes I can only have to bring one pair when I travel, so they have to fit with shorts and dark jeans. I took these to Spain last year, really held up great. The best thing about these is I can just change out the Vibram soles instead of buying a new pair.

 

I'd rock that 2nd pair. But, the 1st one's, meh. What kind is that 2nd pair?

Bought some Apple Cider Vinegar and some coconut oil. all the people are saying its good shit for your health. all the paleo / crossfit freaks.

 

I use Nike Frees at the Gym. I also have the New Balance Minimus and the Vibram 5 Fingers, but i use those for travelling.

vegas pool parties are way better. too many fucking rave kids at these kind of things.

 

My buddy went to a rave type deal at the gorge and was stuck on this 18 year old from Lake O that he met. Lots of ecstacy means limp noodle for this guy.
