That wasnt a "breaking of the ankles". He just slipped. Peja did nothing to make him break his ankles...
if you watch his legs as he catches the ball he leans to the left and then goes right it was a good triple threat move, and lebron fell because he was trying to go the other way.

He was just about to accellerated and Peja moved the other way. It was more of a mental lapse by Lebron than it was a cross by Peja.

It would be funny if LeBron was actually good on defense. By the looks of the clip though it looked like Peja didn't really break his ankles. He just faked to the left a little then went right. I think leBron just slipped or something. The Bibby block was funny though lol.
haha that has to be pretty embarrassing for Lebron. It's not anything exciting though. Lebron just rushed over too quickly and he didnt plant his feet. If Peja crossed him over, it would have been alot funnier.
