Stop making these threads. FFS.Theres like so many of these now. We all know it's Kobe. So does everyone else. Kobe is on top of the NBA.

Yeah, how many times have we had this thread? It is obviously Kobe. TMac had injuries, and he was just never able to piece the season together for himself. We all know it's Kobe. He is a great scorer, defender, shooter. He is just at the top of the League right now..

This thread is stupid. T-mac in his prime still isnt even close to Kobe IMO. Kobes better at what T-Mac is best at....scoring. So the thread ends there. Kobe is better at everything else to so i guess we know who is better

This is about two years ago, not now. So stop talking about TMac's injuries and read his first post before you comment.

Kobe, T-Mac doesn't have the all-around skills Kobe does.

^Yeah he does. Better rebounder, better playmaker. I would take Kobe based on all intangibles, but in a normal regular season game, I think it is a tossup to who I'd take as they are very equal.

He's quick fluid passing, getting the ball into his teamates hands looked good. It's funny, all the nba writers and commentators were raving about kobe as being such a great passer/playmaker back in the day and now no-one believes he can't pass.Kobe pulled the suns about, running the lakers untill his teamates disappeared. I haven't seen kobe play make much this season [except for the playoffs], but kobe of old was a great playmaker.

In 2004-2005 when he was main playmaker for a decent team, he had his worst season, especially in TO's and FG %. When Phil took over and gave Lamar the playmaker role, Kobe flourished. T-Mac has always been playmaker on his teams since Orlando and does the job well (before last year had 3 straight seasons of 5.5APG or morenever averaged more than 2.7 TO's per game, and while his FG % wasn't the best the past 2 years, it was MUCH improved in the 2nd half of the 2004-2005 season).

Kobe's turnover whore sometimes, he tries to do too much. And steve kerr was raving about how good of a playmaker kobe was. Now no-one believes he can pass. How things change.

When he was on Lakers when Shaq was there he was playmaker and was good at it, but look who he had on those teams. Yes, he had that problem early in the season, but he still wasn't very successful at that spot. When Lamar took over that Kobe played out of this world.

In scoring, I would have 2 go with KB, but for everything else, T-Mac owns him.
