No one knows how our starting lineup will look like yet, but I think we will have a decent bench.
Well obviously the Bulls....but besides that, I am going to go with Dallas and the Celtics have a good bench also. I will show ur their active roster...its pretty goodStarting Most LikleyC-Kendrick PerkinsPF-Ryan GomesSF-Paul PierceSG-Wally SczerbiakPG-Delonte Westso this leaves these guysAl JeffersonSebastian TelfairRajon RondoAllan RaeTony AllenGerald GreenAnd those are just the young guys...that future seems pretty good for the bench. I love it

The Mavs bench is better than last years. Buckner>Griffin Croshere >Van Horn and I'd take Johnson and Ager over Armstrong and Daniels. It is the best bench in the league. The Spurs and Heat bench are old and I don't really think they're that good right now. The Bulls are close. The Suns bench is pretty nice with Banks, Barbosa, Jones and probably Diaw. If only we could get another back-up big man.
The spurs still have a nice bench but not as good as the past. It looks like the Suns and Mavs have the best teams but it is early.

Dampier would start for most teams also. 3 guys that can start and if they get Devean George than that is 4 guys.
thats 3 guys that would start for half of the NBA teams and devean george wouldnt start for sh*t in the NBA. He might start for like 5 teams.

It could be a good year for the Toronto bench, or it could be a bad year for them IMO. Because you dont know if some of these players have developed. Joey Graham did fairly well in the summer league but you dont know how well he will do this season. Bargnani was a #1 overall pick but he is raw and might take some time to develope. PJ Tucker was the big 12 player of the year but he is undersized and doesnt have an outside game. On the flipside, these guys could also be successful. Its really up in the air at this point to me.And is it finalized, do the raps have fred jones? I know there was a thread over this but i havent seen any links or anything.....He will definatey help them out though if and probably when they do get him.
Just to note, Mavericks added Devean George with the veteran minimum. <div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>not as good as last years</div> What? Last year's was a phantom bench. Stackhouse and Dampier when Harris started, were are only good bench players. The others on paper, were good but on the court were simply not. This year, there is a legit debate with minutes. We have Stackhouse and Buckner behind Terry at SG, where he will likely be playing most of his minutes at. With Harris and Johnson most likely taking up the pg minutes, Terry will get some look at pg. Last year, instead of Johnson, we had Armstrong, who in terms of playing was on his last legs. Then from there, with George added, Buck/Stack will also get the backup minutes there, now along with George. Buck/George easily make Griff expendable, again improvement. Backup pf, we've improved with a consistent player in Croshere opposed to Van Horn. Center rotation stays the same. Oh and Daniels, the young swingman was easily replaced by Maurice Ager. Powell? Just bring in Pops Mensah Bonsu, a similar player but more athletic and potential. How can you even say our bench last year was better? <div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>thats crap......what guys would start on some ohter teams besides stackhouse and harris?</div> I'd put Harris in the starting lineup, but Buckner started last year on the Nugs, Johnson started for the Pacers. Dampier would start for most teams in need of a center. Stackhouse you already listed. I don't know about George, he used to be a decent starter but has turned into a better spark for the bench. But that's about 4 guys that could start and did start last year on other teams coming off our bench.
