Less talent? There's the rub. Deng a 7 pick, Rose a 1 pick, Noah a 9 pick, Boozer a prize FA signing.

Boozer's a 19/10 guy per 36, and is basically at his career averages. He's doing what it takes to play next to Noah and Rose and Deng. Hes also a terrific passer for a PF.

No coach (or GM) selection is going to make everyone happy. It has been reported that there is a chance Carlisle will be available. Even Brooks is supposedly having problems with contract negotiations. Throw either of those names out for discussion, and you will find people who think they both stink. Phil Jackson? Popovich? Bums! That Wooden guy? Total fraud!

OKC fans dislike Brooks, fwiw. Bad rotations and poor in game management.

I would offer PJax the GM job and if he wants to coach or hire a coach, let him...

Nah, just one particular poster who thinks Nate McMillan's farts smell like rose petals.

    1) Movement is important and seems to have a direct relation to productive offensive possessions, so I'm with you there.

    2) No such thing as listening to The Snapper too much!

I thought Thibodeau was hot stuff, but after his antics showing his temper in the last month, I'm beginning to think he's a flash in the pan who will flame out.

Three pages of ferocious argument over hypothetical! I can't WAIT to see the board when the Blazers actually hire a coach. Anyone want to guess how many pages of fur flying argument that is going to generate?

This is getting pretty funny, actually.

I apologize if you've already answered this before, but I'm curious what coaches do impress you. Even more importantly, what coaches could we obtain that impress you?
