9/10? Are you joking? For starters the cropping sucks. There is cropping errors all over the pic. Next the ext doesn't look very good and it definetly doesn't look good with this type of bg. It would've looked better if you would have used tech brushes for the bg. the strikeoutsports.com text also doesn't look good being over the Miami Heat text in the logo. You should've put that text somewhere else and also made it much smaller in font size. Last take out the pic of him in the bg. It just doesn't go well in the sig especially since you barely turned down the opacity on it to make it blend in the bg better. It looks like you didn't even turn down the opacity on it at all. I'll give this a 5/10.

It's not very hard to get photoshop for free off the internet. The mistakes I pointed out have nothing to do with using a different program anyways.
