Hector Santiago tried to give the ball from his first major league save to his beer-soaked manager who had just won his first game for the Chicago White Sox. Robin Ventura gave the ball right back to his 24-year-old rookie left-hander who shut down the Texas Rangers with a perfect ninth inning in a 4-3 victory Saturday night.
