John Jaso finally got in the lineup for the Seattle Mariners, and came through with big hits off two of the Texas Rangers' top relievers. Jaso's RBI single in the ninth inning capped a three-run rally off new Texas closer Joe Nathan that pushed the Mariners past the two-time defending American League champions 4-3 on Wednesday night.
