South Florida starting defensive tackle Cory Grissom broke his ankle during spring practice Monday and will undergo surgery later this week. Grissom had been having an outstanding spring as one of the veteran anchors of the Bulls' defensive line. Last season, Grissom had 38 tackles, six for loss, and 1½ sacks.
