"Last year in the draft, the Bengals ended up getting their quarterback and a wide receiver who can stretch the field. The offseason task of continuing to build around them will shift into high gear during this week's NFL Draft.

In the first year of Andy Dalton, A.J. Green and Jay Gruden's system, the Bengals finished 20th in total offense, marking the fourth straight year they have finished 20th or worse in the league.

When it comes to skill position players that might be available with the 17th pick, though, there might not be much in the way of options.

With Alabama running back Trent Richardson and Oklahoma State wide receiver Justin Blackmon expected to go in the top 10, the best hope for a receiver looks to be Notre Dame's Michael Floyd."
