Zimmerman to be charged in Trayvon Martin Case!

I wrote that with a smile and laguh as it something we say around here. But when I read it, I thought it would come across as me trying to take a shot on you or being hostile (not the intent) so I deleted it.

Glad you took it the way I meant it.

 

Shit man, if I took offense at that...... I've said way worse things on this forum (and in this thread) that if people took seriously..... You'd think I walked around in a white robe with a white mask/hat. It's just the way my friends and I joke. We're a mixed group ethinically, and I bring that sense of humor/sarcasm everywhere with me, including here.

Sad. White or black victim, this person is arrested. Hispanic victim and the shooter not even arrested.

 

2005 myspace:

On the MySpace page, Mr. Zimmerman calls himself “Joe G” and is pictured holding a small child. He writes about leaving Manassas, Va., with mixed emotions. He also refers to his two previous arrests, describes his former girlfriend as his “ex-ho” and makes an obscure reference about two friends who went to jail for a year and did not mention his involvement, even though they could have had him “pinched.”

I dont miss driving around scared to hit mexicans walkin on the side of the street, soft ass wanna be thugs messin with peoples cars when they aint around (what are you provin, that you can dent a car when no ones watchin) dont make you a man in my book. Workin 96 hours to get a decent pay check, gettin knifes pulled on you by every mexican you run into!


Oh yea . . . here is a guy I want to put in charge of watching a neighborhood and packing heat. The more I find out, the more I get angry at the home owners assoication for doing absolutely zero background check on Zimmerman before, in their grand wisdom, asking him to be in charge of watching the neighborhood. Idiots!

Or run a simple backgound check to find out he has been arrested for resisting arrest.

Takes one phone call and $50.00 here. But maybe that is asking too much of a home owners association.

My home owner's association spends more time writing letters to home owners that their grass needs to be cut or they will be fined than this home owner's association did in making the decision to make this guy person in charge of neighborhood watch.

Trayvon Martin was on his 3rd suspension from HS and was found with jewelry and screwdrivers in his backpack for the 3rd time. That wasn't from 2005, that was from 2012. Or are men not allowed to change from 2005 to 2012? Seems like a harsh standard.


What was the point of your 2005 MySpace thing? Or, does the mayor of Sanford commending George Zimmerman, by name, for working with underprivileged youths of all races in 2011 not count?

Or, are you still yelling at the guy asking you why you're parked in front of his house? That seems the most likely answer.

I wouldn't of thought Martin would have been a good person to lead a neighborhood watch either.

A harsh standard? He has been arrested for resisting arrest and made to take anger management and you think that shouldn't count against him when deciding if he is an appropriate person to be in charge of neighborhood watch? Any surprise he didn't listen to 911 dispatch and handled on his own?

Man I thought it was liberals who had loose standards. You really would have let that go and made the same decision the home owner's association would have made? Wow

 

Sounds like you've had some ugly run-ins with some people while loitering in their neighborhood. You're still upset about this? People can change, but even with that, I don't have a clue what the "MySpace" bragging from 2005 means. What if the cops were harassing Zimmerman because he's Hispanic? Would that matter?

 

Also, for the 100th time, Zimmerman is a registered Democrat. He may not be a liberal, though.

 

He's a mexican in his 20's of course he's a Democrat.

 

I don't know why you always got to take a shot at me. Hell you have had more bizarre "run ins" with people on this board than I have had my entire life. With all the "run-ins" I have had, I've never had to go into hiding fearing for my life, lying about my identity or get into macho threating over the internet. If you lose it on the internet, god knows how you have even survived socially with real people.


And what the my space material means (to spell it out because you are so blinded on this topic) is that Zimmerman does racially profile. Doesn't mean it wasn't using self-defense in this case, but he is quick to make a judgment call based on someone's race. Use it for what it is worth (and leave your pictures of air soft guns at home)
