you could do a bomb cucumber raita or tzatziki like gyro style for the meat go paprika, cumin, rosemary, thyme, oregano, curry, garlic, onion, salt and pepper
I wanna use pita bread next time, but I didn't have any fresh pita bread and my pops is out of town so he couldn't swing by the Arabic market by his office. What other bread would you recommend outside of pita? Good recipe, too. I mixed in some feta cheese with the burger patties. Solid.
focaccia bread. Melt some gruyere on it with arugula. that bun you have looks way too wimpy, if that burger was juicy at all it'd probably fall apart.
