Barry-Johnson lives up to expectations. Gotta feel bad for Barry, hes so skilled but just too damn short for these other HWs.

Belcher with a very impressive win over Palhares.

Great fight, I'm loving Johnny Hendricks. Got a tough split decision win, give the man a title shot!

Stann's not bad doing analysis. Pretty "TV-articulate" for a guy with limited personality.

Seems like Fox has made some improvements and the product is better than last I saw (though every fight being absolutely sensational makes everything more entertaining).

Nate Diaz. FUCKING AWESOME. Give this man a title shot, fuck Frankie Edgar.

What a fight card! All UFC on Fox cards need to be like that.

Great night of fights. The UFC must be over the moon. Every fight lived up to the hype.

Didn't see the Johnson/Ferguson fight. Very surprising result (for me at least)! Did anyone catch it?

Hendricks will probably have to fight again since a fight with the unified champion won't happen until deep winter (at least). Dunno who he might face--too soon for Rory MacDonald to jump up?

Diaz vs. Bendo or Edgar is going to be a good one.

Nice of the UFC to tribute MCA at the beginning of the show. I heard lots of Beastie Boys during the prelims as well.

Wonder if Lavar Johnson will get a complimentary Cheick Kongo fight after this?

caught the third only and johnson was tagging him the entire round. ferguson is a world class douche so i was definitely pulling for johnson.

was anyone else shocked that diaz was able to dominate miller?

4-5 in the UFC puts him on unsteady ground but his style will always get him another chance.

Ferguson is a great striker at lightweight so I'm a bit shocked a middling one like Johnson was able to 30-27 him with what sounds like some aplomb.

Nate has reached another level but I still wonder about his chances against an elite wrestler, who he will fight next no matter who wins in the Bendo/Edgar rematch.

Don't quite know why Miller decided not to wrestle with him. Seems the most likely path to victory for him. If the fight wasn't in Jersey...

Re: UFC on FOX 3: Diaz vs. Miller (tonight live on FOX @ 8pm ET, 5pm PT)

Like speeds said, it was clear going in that Diaz is just better at everything except wrestling and Miller's wrestling was his only chance. He seemingly chose to try and stand with Diaz and the result wasn't very surprising. He came out looking much more explosive but that wore off and Diaz maintained his pace. Same story as most Diaz bros. fights.

Diaz' reach is almost Jon Jones like at LW. Maybe not quite as extreme relatively speaking but on the flip side hes got the skill to make the most of it. Guy has been on an absolute tear but he'll definitely have his hands full with a great wrestler.

Diaz will wait and fight the winner of Henderson/Edgar. He had the option of fighting Pettis in the meantime but why bother?

$65,000 bonuses go out to Johnson, Diaz, Gaudinot & Lineker (great flyweight bout).

Should also mention that the crowd sucked. Booing during good fights and bad. Dunno what gets into people (beer) during these shows (beer) but if this is what a New York crowd is going to be like, forget MMA in NYC. I mean, fans in Philly don't boo this much--Philly!

I actually like Diaz' chances against an elite wrestler. His reach gives him the advantage on the feet and he's probably got the best BJJ in MMA. His lethal on the ground.

Well unlike the other divisions, Edgar and Bendo are both beatable. Diaz has as good a shot as anyone.

So is Josh Koscheck the eyepoke champion of MMA, now? Good grief. At least Karma is messing his eye up every fight in retaliation.

Ratings are in for the show and they are poor--less than half of the audience from Evans vs. Davis, and about a third of the viewership of Velasquez vs. dos Santos.

Of course they had to compete with NBA & NHL Playoffs as well as a new MLB season, and the Mayweather/Cotto fight.
