LOL http://www.csnnw.com/pages/landingb...ers-permission-t=1&blockID=712160&feedID=5212 First the Hawks said no, now Sund says no
Agreed, but it shows how low we are when Rick fucking Sund says no to us. Can't wait to hear this spun
Man, how embarrassing. The Blazers asked permission to talk with Sund and Hawks ownership said no because they want to retain him. How will we ever live with this loss of face?
What details? We asked, the Hawks said no, Sund said no after that, he will either re-sign with Atlanta or retire. It's all in the link
Ya, its so unimaginable that he might be happy in Atlanta and doesnt want to change jobs/move at this stage in his life (60 years old).
You spin it like its a slap in our face. Sounds to me like he'd turn down any team and is happy in Atlanta. He wants to either stay in Atlanta or retire.
so Sund not being interested is a slap in the face? you seem to look for and find glee in anything you can spin negatively. I don't get it. I understood it with all of the Nate crap through the years. I don't get the haha, look, some loser turned us down to interview. We suck! Haha. I just don't understand it.
If I was offered the same job I have now in Atlanta for a minor pay increase, I'd say "no". Not because I dont like the other company, but because my family and I are happy in PDX. If I was 60 years old it would even be easier of a choice. It's not brain surgery.
Ok, you all win. The Blazers taking a year to get started on the process of finding qualified candidates to put in front of their owner is fine.
You are reaching on this one. They guy is 60, ready to retire and likes Atlanta. Blazers are doing their diligence talking to many candidates. Nobody said Sund was on top of the pile.
Regardless, it doesn't matter. Sund loves Atlanta, and that is the sole reason he won't come to be GM for Paul Allen
No, it is because we will get nobody ever to come here because we are clearly the WORST organization in all of professional sports, one where nobody wants to play or work.
Like you leaving out the part about Atlanta saying no first (and the part about potentially retiring)....? Good job.
