Arsenal linked to Borussia Dortmund playmaker Shinji Kagawa, though he is in the crosshairs of other Premiership teams as well, yet other teams don't have the former J-league manager (& champion) and Japanese national Ryo Miyaichi.

Yann M'Vila talks cool for now.

Arsenal are not out of the Eden Hazard picture. The Lille starlet is seen as an option now that Borussia Dortmund midfielder Mario Gotze has decided to sign a new long-term deal with his club. Hazard is also being pursued by Manchester's United and City as well as Chelsea.

Bolton manager Owen Coyle is keen on keeping Japanese national Ryo Miyaichi for another season on loan. The 19-year old does not figure into Arsenal's immediate plans on the wing.

Arsenal's Yann M'Vila saga continues but the team are looking for alternatives to the Rennes holding midfielder, especially towards Toulouse captain Etienne Capoue, 23.

Nicklas Bendtner and Carlos Vela are on the market for new clubs with Arsenal looking to use their transfer fees to sign emerging Canadian winger Junior Hoilett, 21.

Fulham are interested in bringing Andrey Arshavin back to the Premier League following his successful title run with Zenit St-Petersburg.

Arsenal linked to 27-year old Spanish striker Fernando Llorente. Could be a smokescreen in the RVP re-signing process.

Ajax defender Jan Vertonghen has warned Tottenham they risk missing out to north London rivals Arsenal if they do not make a move for him soon. Fuck off, Vertonghen.

On-again off-again Arsenal target Eden Hazard has reportedly chosen to sign with United, meaning United will abandon their bid for other Arsenal target, Borussia Dortmund midfielder Shinji Kagawa.

Arsenal are set to make a £6million bid for Blackburn’s Steven N’Zonzi, reports the Mirror. West Ham and Big Fat Sam also interested in him. Sounds like a rubbish rumour to me.

Arsenal continue to pursue Rennes midfield star Yann M'Vila but the process looks to be a stretched-out one for the summer.

Arsenal also interested in Spanish holding midfielder/centre back Javi Martinez, currently with Bilbao. Yes, please.

After thoroughly basking himself in the free agent process, a-la $amir Nasri, midfielder Eden Hazard has chosen to sign with Chelsea, and can get fucked.

Arsene Wenger is reportedly ready to mount a bid for Man City midfielder Nigel de Jong, 27, as he looks to add more steel to his Arsenal squad. Gross.

Long-term Arsenal target Mathieu Valbuena, 27, will not leave Marseille this summer, he has confirmed.

Yann M'Vila, strongly linked to Arsenal, still exists on the material plane, and takes up space.

Most of our signings happened in July last year. Business hasn't really picked up, yet.

Manchester United are reportedly close to agreeing a £12m deal for Borussia Dortmund's 23-year-old midfielder Shinji Kagawa. United's hopes of signing Eden Hazard were dashed earlier this week when the midfielder signed with Chelsea, and Kagawa is seen as their second choice. Arsenal have also expressed interest in Kagawa.

Rennes have told both Arsenal and Inter Milan they can forget about signing 21-year-old Yann M'Vila until after Euro 2012, with the want-away midfielder likely to attract more offers whilst in the shop window.

Real Madrid sensation Joselu, 22, could start a transfer battle this summer with six Premier League clubs desperate for his signature.

After enjoying a revitalizing season with Arsenal this past campaign, Mikel Arteta is set to sign a new, more lucrative contract with the Gunners as a reward.

Arsenal target Yann M'Vila has made his interest in playing for Arsenal public, possibly as a leveraging tactic in the ongoing negotiations between Arsenal and his home club, Rennes. M'Vila is still in the thick of the Euro's and no announcements regarding his future will be made at least until the conclusion of the tournament.

Arsenal striker and Danish national Nicklas Bendtner was fined €100,000 for flashing a Paddy Power advert on his underwear repeatedly during Denmark's game against Portugal at Euro 2012. Just for the sake of comparison, Porto's racist chants this past season drew a €25,000 fine from UEFA. Bendtner has been linked to Turkish side Galatasaray.

Transfer talks between French champions Montpelier and Arsenal have moved quickly regarding striker Olivier Giroud, who looks set to join Arsenal on a new contract. Giroud, like most players involved in the European championships, won't comment on his future until the conclusion of the tournament and a holiday.

Arsenal striker Robin Van Persie is taking time off from football following Holland's defeat at the Euro's. A decision on his future should be forthcoming.

^ Lyon deny that we've made an approach.

Malaga and Galatasary want Arsenal's Nicklas Bendtner as the Denmark international closes in on a move away from the Emirates Stadium. Bendtner's agent Jesper Lynghus told Denmark newspaper bold.dk last month: "The interest is overwhelming, just as it should be after the way Nicklas performed at Euro 2012."

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has broken his silence over the future of captain Robin van Persie by vowing to keep the striker "at all costs". The two men are expected to talk over the phone this week as Van Persie continues to stall on a new three-year deal worth £130,000-per-week.
