Roy Halladay is continuing his recovery from a shoulder injury as planned after a second opinion confirmed the original diagnosis for the Philadelphia Phillies' ace right-hander. The two-time Cy Young Award winner is still expected to miss between six to eight weeks because of a strained latissimus dorsi muscle on the right side of his back. Halladay will be shut down for three weeks before he begins a throwing program. He went on the disabled list on May 29.
