So either Lillard is going to be REALLY bad, even worse than they think, or he'll be great because they know exactly dick.

Basically, the draft is a crap shoot.

It is, which is why I'm all for quantity of picks over "quality". I want two more first round picks. High, low, doesn't matter. One will be a gem, one will be a bust... more scratch-its, please!

I just don't think we will take him at 6 and he won't be there at 11. But I like what he can offer in terms of scoring.

I'd take TRobb over our two picks but aside from Davis thats about it. The draft is fun but how many lottery players are starters after 3 years, 5 if its a good draft? I'll take quantity over quality too.

If we do opt for Lillard, why not bring in Mike D'Antoni? He could make him look like the rookie of the year!

    uh....Bobby Jackson @ #6? Really?

You would think that POR would stop trying to make small SG's into NBA PG's by now....

He struggled against stronger competition outside the Big Sky conference and he's absolutely killing it in one-on-none workouts.

How can you not want him at #6?!

His jockriders see Derrick Rose, I see a Jason Terry type of role.

It is funny you mentioned Jason Terry because that is who he reminded me of when watching him shoot on film. Of course Jason Terry was a major factor in Dallas winning the championship.

When you look at his advanced stats he's very intriguing because he's just so damn efficient...

And then you look at the competition and reality sets in. The hype he's getting (#6?!) is getting out of hand.

#11 would be an easier pill to swallow, just as long as it's not over Waiters.

Haynes agrees -- he's not the BPA at #6 if Barnes/Drummond are sitting there.

Barnes, according to Haynes, is one player high on their list.

I like Lillard and expect the Blazers to take him at No. 6 as BPA+Need. I don't like that he shoots the ball from his chin. That's going to get blocked.

It's going to be interesting to see who's left at No. 6. I love draft night!

Man I hope that is right, Barnes is a legit NBA player....I think playing at UNC hid some of his abilities, I think he will be a better pro player than college player....

I just don't see how you could possibly take Lillard over any one of Beal, Barnes, MKG or T-Rob...that would just be idiotic IMO....

Over Drummond? Maybe, but selecting small over big? I would think they would take the risk on the big...
